]]> Summer officially began on Sunday!  For me, this was a welcomed change after spending two and a half weeks on the west coast in May.  From San Francisco to Los Angeles, California’s May Gray was in full effect – making dressing for the weather a tricky feat.  Because really, how do revel in the season of sun when you’re all wrapped up?

But in NYC and I know Chicago, we are already feeling some warmth.  In the Big Apple, black and white looks are trending and I am a fan.  It’s reads sophisticated and relaxed, but well thought out.  So for those who are ready to (can) shake off their layers the look below is for you.
