It’s hard to decide what excites me most about designer collaborations; is it the idea that luxurious high end labels just got that much more accessible? Or perhaps its the notion of two powerhouses with contrasting profiles joining forces to create something so innovative? Whichever way, these joint ventures always bring fresh concepts to the table. I’ve rounded up some of the latest in brilliant fashion pairings you won’t want to miss:

Maison Martin Margiela x H&M

“We will bring together the contrasting universes of the two houses in ways that will surprise all.” -Maison Martin Margiela. Photo via Vogue UK

Belgian fashion house Maison Martin Margiela, known for its unconventional yet timeless designs, joins forces with worldwide “democratic fashion” chain H&M for a new and affordable interpretation of Margiela’s conceptual, avant-garde styles. While Margiela’s couture pieces can cost thousands of dollars, the H&M line offers run from $13-$399. See the online campaign on November 8 and shop the collection in stores on November 15.

Carine Roitfield x MAC

Roitfeld and MAC have created a collection focusing on her own signature look: the eyes and brows with a nude lip. Roitfield helped conceive the packaging and stars in the campaign. Photo via MAC Cosmetics

Carine Roitfield, the former Vogue Paris Editor-in-Chief turned Global Fashion Director for Harper’s Bazaar, lends her magic touch to MAC Cosmetics. In the collection, you’ll find sleek color palettes and tools for recreating her trade aesthetic. Key pieces include the Jungle Camouflage and Desert Camouflage Full Face Kits, essential for achieving Carine’s infamous sophisticated and seductive smoky eye and rouged cheek.

Lanvin x Ladurée

Can you say trés chic? Photo via Lanvin.

…Suddenly I have a sweet tooth! The perfect French pair, fashion house Lanvin and pastry house Ladurée present a limited-edition box of eight macarons in three colors, starring Lavin’s designer, Alber Elbaz’s favorite flavor – bubble gum! Elbaz’s playful sketches of French mademoiselles decorate the exclusive packaging. While the treats are only available in the US at the Ladurée shop in NYC, this collaboration was too enticing not to include!

Rodarte x Starbucks

This collaboration marks the coffee chain’s first-ever partnership with a fashion brand. Photo via Starbucks

The holiday menu isn’t the only thing shaking things up this season at Starbucks. Come November 13, aside from your morning cup of Joe or mandatory daily frap, you can pick up Rodarte stocking stuffers! The label has designed a limited-edition collection of gift cards, coffee mugs, tote bags, and cup sleeves, perfect for all your fashionable, coffee-guzzling friends.

Neiman Marcus x Target

Prices from the collection start at $7.99. Photo via Target

We’re all probably still trying to recover from last year’s heart-racing Missoni and Target partnership, but this year’s Neiman Marcus and Target Holiday Collection is a whole other story! An all-star CFDA list by the likes of Rag&Bone, Oscar dela Renta, Diane von Furstenberg, Marchesa, Judith Leiber, Carolina Herrera, Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs and many more, bring their A-game fora brilliant 50-piece collection. There’s something for everyone on your list, from DVF yoga mats for your fit girl friends, Rag&Bone sweaters for the fellas, Jason Wu and Marchesa party dresses for the little girls, to Oscar dela Renta accessories for your dog. Start lining up at your local Target on Dec. 1.

Narciso Rodriquez x Kohl’s

“What I’m interested in is design that touches people’s lives and functions in people’s lives.” -Narcisco Rodriguez. Photo via The Blush
